Imagelys Picture Styles is a useful program that lets you create and edit different types of images for a variety of needs.

Imagelys Picture Styles is surprising tool. Under its basic, plain interface you'll find a complete graphics editor, which has been specially designed as a texture creator and background image maker.

The program includes some default texture templates but also allows you to use your own images. As a result, Imagelys Picture Styles will allow you to create seamless patterns from any photo on your computer. The wide variety of filters and special effects featured in the program will enable you to obtain visually striking results with almost no effort.

Imagelys Picture Styles even includes support for layers and masks, which is a nice touch. There's also an image warping tool. Users might miss having more options when applying filters though. It'd also have been nice to have a better help tutorial for complete beginners.

Imagelys Picture Styles is overall a multi-featured graphic editor that will have you creating textures and wallpapers in no time flat.
